Each child is a unique individual, a source of potential. They have different talents and personalities. As a teacher, we will not require that each child has to reach the same level, but we will try to make sure that every child gets the best development. It is very important that children are interested in whatever they learn. I will be patient and focused when guiding them to love English, speak it and communicate confidently.

Children have boundless curiosity and strong thirst for knowledge, but on the way to English learning, they always encounter difficulties and setbacks, we should encourage them in time, provide correct learning skills, teach them to be always confident in learning English.
